Terrible service. Multiple people in store and I was told someone would help me 3 different times. Instead of taking my order, they kept only taking drive through orders. Absolutely terrible service. Also, one of the employees walked in to work without a mask, and the woman working the window had her nose out of her mask. Do not go here, they are just bad.
Slowest drive thru ever. cant multi task so helping one car at a time. takes my card. charges my order. then says ketchup or sauce? yes ranch plz. that's 25 cents. REALLY?!? first of all.. u could've asked before charging me then. on top of that... you really cant give me a ranch after wasting TWENTY minutes of my lunch in your drive thru with ONLY TWO cars ahead of me!!!!! 😡 also just paid 6 dollars on a drink, value fry and double cheeseburger. Pro: tasty food, affordable, free parking.
Con: saw a paying customer argue with cashier for 10 minutes to unlock restroom & it took a whole rant about OSHA health codes & how are cooks washing hands for the restroom key to suddenly be found.
