Waited 5 minutes with no one in the place to get help then my order got messed up and fixed but drove back because they messed it up again then the manager charged me for guacamole after I came back and no napkins when I asked the female cashier gave me attitude as she filled them up and attitude as a went over to get them worst service I think I ever had won't ever return gl

Kinda upset. I’ve dined in here a couple of months ago and really enjoyed the burrito. Today was my first time ordering through DoorDash from this location, and I received a disappointing burrito that was mostly rice and guacamole. I ordered the white rice, steak, cheese, guacamole, tomatoes. After just two bites, the meat was completely gone. If there wasn’t enough steak available, I would’ve preferred to wait for more to be cooked rather than get such a small amount. Also one more thing to mentioned, I was annoyed that there wasn’t an option to ask for red and green salsa on the side through the app so I called, however nobody answer the phone.

The employees at the store are absolutely wonderful. A breath of fresh air after dealing with absolutely appalling service at the concord location. I will always come here over the other stores. The gentlemen working last night ruled. I wish I got his name but im thankful for his ability to be thorough, accommodating and professional.

Without a doubt the best Chipotle in the area.
After my last experience at the one in the corner of Treat & Oak, I almost throw the towel on Chipotle as a whole. You can see my review of them to understand how horrible that experience was. But going here last night made me a believer again.

Great service, clean counters, clean store in general, generous portions & quick service.

I’ll make sure to not go to any other franchise in the area because I’ve been here over 10 times and have never been disappointed. Keep up the great work.

This Chipotle location consistently disappoints.
It’s the third time I’ve visited this month, and each time has been frustrating. On two occasions, I was helped by the same staff member. Both times I specifically asked for extra steak—and yet somehow ended up with less than the standard portion. I regret coming here and will be avoiding this location going forward.

If I'm paying over $20 for a burrito bowl, I would like to get what I paid for. Where is the management?

I’ve really loved Chipotle’s sofritas as somebody who cares deeply for animals. Recently I’ve noticed the quality has been slightly off with too much salt or something and then I noticed another nearby Chipotle’s sofritas tasted saltier so I hope the recipe and ingredient quantity measurements can improve. Also a Miyokos shredded cashew vegan cheese would have me returning to chipotle every few days like if they were to use La Tortilla Factory tortillas instead and only cook with avocado/coconut oil.

The Asian lady gave me half a spoon of meat and got upset when I asked for a little more, then when she went to add more she added 3 pieces proceeding to tell me they are going to charge me extra. They charged me for 3 Scoops and then the steak tasted like it’s been sitting in blood.

it’s an average chipotle. the food tastes better than the one in walnut creek.

Just came here 10 minutes ago and I was overcharged for my meal. I told them immediately that a mistake was made and they told me that nothing could be done. You guys robbed me.

This Chipotle is average. You have your good days and you have your bad days. I used to come here so often that I didn't even have to say my name when I was picking up my order. But every single time I would open up my burrito bowl the portions would be drastically different. Is it a stingy manager? Employees in a rush? I shouldn't be paying for queso on the side to only get a quarter full container. So I recommend you don't come here unless you want to wait in line for an okay order.

Taking off 1 star because it should be all vegan. I got 1 vegan sofritas is tofu crunchy corn taco and a cup for seltzer water. I got to relax on my phone and the staff is really nice at all Chipotle locations. There was a survey link on the receipt too.
