Chipotle Mexican Grill

This Chipotle is average. You have your good days and you have your bad days. I used to come here so often that I didn't even have to say my name when I was picking up my order. But every single time I would open up my burrito bowl the portions would be drastically different. Is it a stingy manager? Employees in a rush? I shouldn't be paying for queso on the side to only get a quarter full container. So I recommend you don't come here unless you want to wait in line for an okay order.

Taking off 1 star because it should be all vegan. I got 1 vegan sofritas is tofu crunchy corn taco and a cup for seltzer water. I got to relax on my phone and the staff is really nice at all Chipotle locations. There was a survey link on the receipt too.

So I keep wondering why in a day and age where restaurants are attempting to stay in business because of over-inflated prices and poor work habits of the staff people fight with customers.
My usual Chipotle order is a cheese quesadilla with the corn salsa put in with the cheese and then heated. Everything's cold until they heat it all up. Today's example was they refused to do it and they said point blank. I would be contaminating the cold food with the hot food since everything on a quesadilla is cold until you cook it. I called a BS on it and they didn't like that at all. So I walked out leaving them with a half filled order only to notice that when I was walking out the door they carefully put all the food they'd pulled out to put into the various things in our order went back into those dishes. They'd been out from the heat. They'd been under human scrutiny and coughing and germs and they put them straight back. I will be calling the department of health

Just placed an order online. The portions provided for my order are ridiculous. One bowl was strictly vegetarian and requested extra ingredients; however, the bowl was about half full. Do we have to order in person and take videos in order get decent portions that reflect the price we pay?

I ordered a cheese quesadilla through grubhub and they put barely any cheese in it. Really frustrating to spend close to $20 on food and it's so sparce.

Pathetic service!!!the lady here put like to 3 pieces of chicken in the kids sides and when asked, she said it is less for kids..which is what the tray compartments are meant for. Store manager should train their staff properly.

The assembly staff made two orders "to go" while I was standing in line waiting to get my one order in restaurant! This is not the way to take care of customers waiting to eat in the restaurant..🤦🤦

Um cool homeless guy digging through the trash and worker saw and didn't ask him to stop the he stomped on the trash like he about to take out a huge load andBEST after digging through the trash uses the soda machine worker didn't clean it off... Wash your hands here people
