There were five of us. All 7 dishes were delicious. It was the best Hot and Sour soup I've ever had. Service was impeccable; attentive without hovering. Prices were quite reasonable.

This was our first visit to Ming’s but it will not be our last. Let me start with the staff. Polite and accommodating. Our waiter had wonderful suggestions and answered all of our questions. Atmosphere and back ground music were smooth and peaceful. Finally the best part, the food. Absolutely excellent. Delicious. Plating was appealing and the flavor was even better. Not drenched in heavy sauces. Light and flavorful that let you enjoy the true taste of the dish. Meeting Ming was a bonus. We would drive from Lodi just to experience Ming’s again!

Finally made it to Mings! Went for lunch, the hype is real. We shared the crab bites, ginger chicken and some fried rice.
Everything was fresh and delicious. The fried rice was light and fluffy, the ginger chicken coating was crispy and the chicken tender and juicy. Flavors popped.
My atmosphere rating is because the restaurant was very noisy due to a very large birthday party, so hopefully when I go to try other items it will be quieter. Service was friendly if a bit slow (likely because of the big group).
The Chef kindly prepared our deluxe fried rice and other items with no-gluten soy sauce. The crackling rice soup was amazing with how soft the meats were. All the meat was juicy. Staff was friendly. My 8- month pregnant wife loved it. Didn't taste like MSG
Dietary restrictions: Ask for GF soy sauce, avoid the Chow mein if you're GF
Parking: A lot of free parking within a 30 second walk
Found this little gem while shopping in the area. We had a short wait, 3 to 5 minutes, when arriving towards the end of the lunch rush.
Once seated we opted for dinner portions of BBQ pork chow mein, house fried rice, and salt and pepper fish.
Service was fast and attentive.

My first time here today and I was pretty disappointed after hearing some good reviews. I got an order of potstickers, and they were deep fried and very oily. I've never had deep fried potstickers before, they were not good, very hard to chew. I also got the Mongolian beef. The flavor was good, but almost every piece of meat was tough and grossly, was not able to chew at all. I ended up not eating it, so it was a waste of money and.my time. The service was good. The man who took my order. It was very nice and we had a great conversation. The restaurant seemed very inviting and comfortable. Maybe it was a bad day. I don't know, but it was disappointing.
