There were five of us. All 7 dishes were delicious. It was the best Hot and Sour soup I've ever had. Service was impeccable; attentive without hovering. Prices were quite reasonable.

Vegetarian options: We shared spicy tofu, green beans, veggie egg rolls. Perfect.

This was our first visit to Ming’s but it will not be our last. Let me start with the staff. Polite and accommodating. Our waiter had wonderful suggestions and answered all of our questions. Atmosphere and back ground music were smooth and peaceful. Finally the best part, the food. Absolutely excellent. Delicious. Plating was appealing and the flavor was even better. Not drenched in heavy sauces. Light and flavorful that let you enjoy the true taste of the dish. Meeting Ming...

Finally made it to Mings! Went for lunch, the hype is real. We shared the crab bites, ginger chicken and some fried rice.

Everything was fresh and delicious. The fried rice was light and fluffy, the ginger chicken coating was crispy and the chicken tender and juicy. Flavors popped.

My atmosphere rating is because the restaurant was very noisy due to a very large birthday party, so hopefully when I go to try other items it will be quieter....
