I love this place; I go whenever I can. The people are very friendly—especially Nidia, who always makes sure my order is correct and ready on time.
I’ve been coming to Giant Burger in Pleasant Hill for a long time, and the service is always excellent. Today, Lupe took care of me, and she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service she provided.
