This Starbucks outlet closes at 7 o’clock. But they deny to take your order at 6:30. Next day I walked there at 5 o’clock and the girl behind the counter told me that she doesn’t work here and they are closed. I tried to inquire around, but nobody was interested to respond. No wonder what I hear all the time from people buying coffee there is true.

I would give a better rating but the customer service I receive from a barista named Aaron is horrible. He should not be working in customer service at all. He seems very annoyed with me everytime I go there. When i order i pay for extra caramel and 4 add shots. He barely gives me any caramel when I pay 80 cents extra for it. My drink makes extra Frappuccino and when I ask for the extra he either throws it away quickly or he grunts when i ask. Why throw what i payed for away when you should just give it to me. Thats a waste. Literally every other Starbuck i go to always give me the extra Frappuccino that my order makes. They even ask me if i want the extra. Thats sad! I have been nothing but nice. I say thank you and I get no response. I have even witnessed him being way more nice to other customers. He is so rude.

This visit was just so-so. Maybe they aren't fully staffed yet? If I am paying for a service, I want good service. I don't like having to ask or repeat myself. I can get that at home for free. Food usually no complaints. This just wasn't a good day.

The barista's are self absorbed. I'd rather make my own coffee than feel as if I've interrupted someone's break. No Decaf available at 1pm and NO offer to make a fresh pot. What's the point. I left with NOTHING.
