Came here on a Friday morning at 10. Ordered a tall blonde roast. The cashier said they don't brew blonde roast at that time of the day because they don't sell a lot of it. That's like going to McDonald's and ordering a Big Mac but they tell you they don't sell them at that time because they don't get a lot of orders for them. This is the first Starbucks I have been to that doesn't sell blonde roast in the morning. I will not be back to this Starbucks!

I went into this location and there's a code for the restroom. Many Starbucks that I have been in in the Central Valley do not have locks and some do. This is the first time I've ever been told I have to make a purchase first before I can use the restroom. I mean really you're going to hold me hostage and make me stand in line when Nature calls. I know there are restroom problems and people use them to clean up but my family were in clean clothes and wanted to use the restroom first. I informed the employee that I'm not going to be bullied into making a purchase first and I left while they were yelling at me saying every Starbucks is the same which is not true.

First time to this location, service was great, drink was good, and my breakfast sandwich was as well. Only thing was there was someone who was clearly homeless with an ungodly amount of things taking up quite a bit of space inside. Im LE so unbothered by it and they weren’t bugging anyone, but they had basically taken up the entire left side of the store in the lobby with all their junk, nobody could sit at any of that area if they wanted. The shift or store manager should have really addressed that.

Don’t waste your money here. This place is a scam, they will fill your drinks with ice up to the rim with less than 10 sips of drink. I went back to tell them about the drink I received and asked if they could remake it with light ice instead. They said they could remake it but they will have to charge me for it. So if you could make it with light ice in the beginning, then why didn’t you make it the first place. Pissing me off. Teenagers shouldn’t be working at this job. This place was filled with teenagers. I paid $6 for less than a 10 sips drink. I could’ve went to Costco for samples instead for free. This location is ridiculous. I’ve never come across to any Starbucks location that makes drinks like this until I’ve been to this location.

I always come to this location because everyone is so kind and welcoming here. I've never had a bad interaction with any of the baristas. The store is clean and inviting.
Parking: Lots of parking available; can be a little more difficult when there's a workout class happening.
Kid-friendliness: Everyone at this location is so friendly to kids!
Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible to wheeelchairs

It’s a Starbucks: same quality coffee, etc. I give it 3 stars because it’s rather messy and unclean. The floor is a bit dirty, the windows need a serious cleaning, the bathrooms a bit filthy.

Terrible service, mean barista, doesn't care about his job at all. Iced coffee tastes like used chewing tobacco and was hot at the bottom, unmixed, and melted into a puddle of vomit mix. Cannot get your own straws, have to request them from the wicked witch making this disgusting slop. Worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. Will not return. This Starbucks only slightly smells like urine and only had trash out front, no human feces, hence the 2 stars for atmosphere.
Quiet enough to have a Googe Meet meeting without interruptions. Very happy for a public place.

Stop by to pass the time, was there 130pm to 230pm on wednesday afternoon, hardly no customers, some walk in, but i like the symetric walls and picture frames, by the time i left, it started to have lines for orders, this particular location is super busy on weekeneds though, excellent location ?

This Starbucks looked really active at social and community causes.It also had a designated coffee remains container for people to use as a fertilizer.The whole ambiance made us feel good about the environmental care not just spoken but for taking action for it.The good and service was good.

This location, 1900 Contra Costa Blvd in Pleasant Hill is a filthy homeless haven. They allow one homeless man to live here during hours of operation on a daily basis. Now that it’s cold outside, there are multiple homeless inside, and all of the outdoor chairs/tables are full of homeless after hours. Area not clean and smells. Tried multiple times to contact a district manager, with no response. If you’re the owner of this place, why is it other Starbucks aren’t having this issue, and why are you allowing this!!!! It’s a restaurant for Christ sake. Just gross!
