Good quality shushi good atmosphere really friendly staff, the all you can eat is great deal ate 85$ worth of sushi for like 40$. Definitely am coming here again.
Stopped by here when walking home for an early dinner - the server who first helped me was informative and courteous and when she checked out for the afternoon her replacement was just as attentive and informative. I sat outside and was never abandoned or wanting for service. The surprise is that the AYCE dinner special covers most every possible selection on the menu and they allow you to get half rolls so you can get an excellent variety. SUSHI TSUNAMI is a restaurant with good quality sushi and a good atmosphere. The staff is really friendly. The all you can eat is a great deal. The AYCE dinner special covers most every possible selection on the menu and they allow you to get half rolls so you can get an excellent variety. The quality of the fish for all you can eat is amazing. The nigiri is high quality, too. Favorites are the pink lady roll, salmon nigiri, yellowtail nigiri, bluefin tuna nigiri, and 49ers roll. Favorite apps are the beef bulgogi, spicy tuna crispy rice, and corn cheese. The meal included teriyaki salmon, shrimp tempura roll, flaming dragon roll, Korean Fried Chicken, the Shrek Hamaxhi with Avocado Roll, a house salad, very tasty and hearty miso soup, and a generous scoop of green tea ice cream. All the rolls were well constructed, made to order, with a traditional balance of rice, fish, and other ingredients. The food was delicious and prepared quickly. Hot things were hot. Everything was fresh, great flavor and temperature. The service was friendly, kind, and efficient. The staff was very quick to help and checked on us frequently. This place can be busy at times, so anticipate a little bit of a wait if you’re coming at peak dinner hours on a Friday or Saturday. There is a great assortment of sake, soju, beer and wine. Non-fish items and vegetarian items on the menu as well. There’s something for everyone.
