I love the Asian Chicken Wraps at Togos. They are much lower carb than the sandwiches with bread.

I had placed an order the day before Christmas Eve. And they had closed early. The front door was locked. And the lights were off . I never got my food. So I thought I'd call and get my refund. The lady on the phone was so rude and wouldn't hear me out. She was more concerned about being right than doing what's right. As a person that works with other customers I've never had an experience like this ever. This will be my last time eating here. And I didn't get my food or refund.

Slightly disappointedHad a #15 Greek Veggie Wrap - It was particularly sparse on bell peppers, one of the ingredients. Fortunately, I had more at home to add to it or it would have been a hummus/lettuce wrap with little flavor.Had a Farmer's Market Salad - never been disappointed in the past, but this one had a virtual speckle of carrots on it. Stated ingredients are as follows: Cucumbers, carrots, cabbage, tomatoes, feta, red onions, pepperoncinis & croutons, romaine lettuce and spring mix - got no cabbage, no spring mix, and I had to search for the shredded carrots Not sure what is going on here - there was a language barrier, but I didn't feel like the preparer was being attentive to the required ingredients

We went to Togos because they don’t have them anywhere near where we live. This used to be our favorite place to eat a sandwich. My hubby ordered a hot pastrami sandwich. He gets his sandwich and it’s cold. We asked an employee that was cleaning tables if it was supposed to be hot. She kindly took the sandwich and went to the employee that made the sandwich. The other employee yells across the restaurant to us that if we wanted it hot and toasted we need to tell her. Huh? Isn’t a hot pastrami supposed to be hot? Thank goodness for the other employee. She remade the sandwich plus told us to keep the other one. I don’t know what happened to customer service these days but it sure is lacking with some people.

I got a sandwich for lunch on Friday. The lady behind the counter was a disgrace. She burped, did not apologize, did not smile and was rude throughout the process. She did not seem happy to be there. The Hispanic lady was nice at the register though

Visited this place once since the location on Willow Pass closed down. I went on a weekday during lunch and to my surprise it wasn't busy! The food was prepared quickly (even with just one sandwich maker behind the counter) and was great! I'm giving it 4 stars simply because I saw quite a few gnats throughout the place but especially near the counter where the food was and the tables were stacked on top of each other, leaving only 3 tables open for guests.

I ordered a hot pastrami and Swiss. I got an icy cold pastrami on stale bread with cheddar cheese. I took a couple of bites and it was disgusting The meat was brown and the wrong cheese was dried out.I am already feeling nauseous. Thank you for giving me food poisoning.

Humm they take the order.. Nothing special " a #9 with cheese please". That's a hot pastrami for those not a frequent flyer... Anyway it's 2:30p on Sunday, guy takes order and payment.... Then says, " ohhh, we're out of pastrami... Will take another 10 minutes. Humm.... If understand if I ordered a shrimp and scallop bagel ( something not popular and common)... 15 min later... Lack luster sandwich received. Guy should have thrown in a small bag of chips or something for the inconvenience.... Not a well run location.

Even after moving to Northern Nevada, Gayle and I still occasionally trip on down to the Bay Area for a few days at a time. Our last sojourn was a few days ago, which included a Berkeley Rep play (Octet), a meeting with my UC Berkeley Alumni Forum, and miscellaneous activities in between. I had just dropped Gayle off in Walnut Creek and then planned to head off to my Cal meeting after dropping some donated books off at the Friends of the Pleasant Hill Library. There was limited time in my schedule for Lunch, and I just basically wanted to get it out of the way to avoid being "hangry" later. As I was already in Downtown Pleasant Hill, Togo's turning out to be my "fast and easy" choice. I ordered a regular size Tuna sandwich (on wheat) which was just alright. It was nice though to sit outside for a few minutes while enjoying the sandwich (and bottle of water). As I left, I reflected on all the years that I had lived in Pleasant Hill and had never been to this Togo's. And I used to bowl around here years before Downtown Pleasant Hill was even built. How the river of life ebbs and flows.....

A solid sandwich option when you're in Downtown Pleasant Hill. This is my preferred location! : )On my most recent visit, the owner and his wife were behind the counter preparing sandwiches for a line of in person and online customers. They were communicating well with one another while providing great customer service and great sandwiches!

They made the uber delivery driver wait more than hour for two sandwiches. Wrong chips, missing avocado even though we paid for it. Horrible service.
