Disappointing Experience – Poor Service Despite Advance Planning
We had booked and prepaid for a luncheon for 30 ladies, planned well in advance—over 6 weeks ahead. Naturally, one would expect the restaurant to be well-prepared for a large, confirmed group, especially on a Saturday weekend afternoon.
