This location takes the cake as far as customer service is involved. The people who work at this location are always happy, always friendly, always helpful, always kind and always patient.
I would go out of my way to patronize this location, because the environment is always enjoyable. The only drawback, and it could only be because they're busy, is that the tables/booths aren't always clean, there is often left over ice cream on the tables or other things that make the seating area sticky.
So I typically, sit outside.

I have been a loyal costumer of the Pleasanton Baskin Robbins, l've been there multiple times and I bring my grandchildren there all the time, and over all these years I have never been more welcomed by someone than JJ, i recently witnessed a rude lady mistreating her and she dealt with it in such a respectful way, which really is impressive for someone that young. Will definitely be coming back because of her !

It would be nice if the servers wears gloves when handling ice cream. It just makes me cringe to see someone touching my cone and handing it to me without gloves. I would give it a 5 * if they wore gloves!
