I have ordered several times through door dash. This time I thought I’ll just walk in for my order. I arrived at 1.57 and was just blatantly turned down. First I’m told we have one min and then she just refuses me saying oh no no we are closed. I did see the google times as 2.00pm and I just happened to be well before 2.00 pm just for a togo. Atleast you should have asked is it for here or To Go. Most rude experience Ive had so far.

Parking: within a plaza. Many parking spaces.

The place is clean and staffs are nice. This place is more like grab and go. Customers are also welcome to sit inside or outside.

Foods are fresh and tasty. Customer can chose one main entree with three different small sides.

The place also offer dessert as well but didn't get the chance to try.

Price: reasonable with amount of foods.

Hidden gem in Pleasanton for an affordable, healthy, and tasty Taiwanese/Chinese cuisine. Very warm atmosphere and tucked away in a small plaza.

Plenty of outdoor seating if big groups.

Simple, high quality, fresh and tasty Bento box lunch. We had the chicken on rice with choice of two sides: cabbage, eggplant, tofu or mixed vegetables (the bean sprouts in the mix were excellent!). Friendly service. Clean. Really nice stop for lunch.

So delicious and authentic!

We got pork chop and 3-cup chicken bento. Both meat were flavorful, tender and not overly oily. There are a lot of vegetable side to select from and we enjoyed all of them.

Such a great place to stop by for a healthy and satisfying meal when traveling between SF and Tahoe. We’ll definitely come back!

Railroad bento is “Pork Chop”. There are two pieces. Both of them are thin, slightly over 1/4 inch. Taste is not bad.
Fried fish is made by catfish. Quality is good, but the crust is thick, not my type.
Eggplant has sour taste. It is rare to find that style in Taiwan, I am disappointed.
Overall a bit oily, especially the vegetables.

There are only 2 choices of bento boxes. The chicken legs bento always sold out and the the Three Cup Chicken 三杯雞 is spicy. You have choices of pork and sliced chicken bento boxes only.
