This specific location gets a low rating not because the pizza was necessarily bad I don't prefer thin crust but that's just my preference. Moving past that the two staff members made it uncomfortable to even be in the store mainly the young lady who didn't seem to care customers were around. I could look past the unprofessional banter they were having the second we walked in to the minutes after while sitting down. The MAIN thing was she playfully tapped the other worker in the side of the leg with the pizza peel utensil seconds before sticking it back into the oven to move my pizza. At first I was thinking that might not be to bad maybe his pant leg was clean then I proceed to watch him walk to a booth next to the wall and lay down at this point I wanted nothing more to do with this location at no point should cooking utensils be used as play things for a (not) grown women (child). This lady essentially ruined all future blaze pizza visits I know it's all that I'm going to be able to think about if I ever see this food chain again.

Worst service , i asked for pesto, the person added herb butter and says its pesto, i even asked to, that basil pesto should green , look like the person doesn’t seems to care

Mod pizza is not in tri-valley anymore, but Blaze is a pretty great alternative. Loved the veggie custom pizzas. Recommend trying.

This is the first pizza place I have been, that it cleans with professional staff. I was able to build my own pizza mix with meat and cheese and vegetables.! It was good.

I tried to place an order online to get one of the deals that was being offered and the Blaze Pizza website wouldn't let me enter a credit card, even after making an official account. I called the store and all I got as a response was " the store will email IT". That's it. Nothing else? The employee didn't even offer to try and take the order over the phone. Crappy website + crappy service = no sale.

I really love Blaze Pizza, the pizza here was delicious. But the employee that took my order did not look pleased to deal with me or other customers. With their airpod on, there was no greeting or no sense of customer service at all when it came to taking order or anything else. The pizza is also extremely pricey.
