Four of us tried Fusion Wine Bar tonight. We met the lovely owner, Tammy, as we walked in. She told us the story behind the food and how she started. We were seated on the patio under strings of silk lanterns. Three of us tried a delicious soju cocktail and my husband had some sake. We were really impressed with the food. We tried a lot of dishes. Great Vietnamese food, everything was great and the Seafood Bruschetta was just chefs kiss! Great service, Saturday’s have live music so the atmosphere was even better.
Really enjoyed our visit here! It’s a nice, casual social bar with good food and a friendly atmosphere. The owner and staff were very welcoming.

Fusion Wine Bar is a new favorite dining venue offering a Vietnamese-inspired menu with a wide variety of tasty bites, along with a curated wine list of mostly local selections. The food is incredible, with dishes like the Delicious Fresh Papaya salad, Chicken Wings, calamari, bacon wrapped shrimp, and fusion three bites all being delicious. The Seafood Bruschetta, Chicken Lettuce Wraps, and Crab Cakes are also highly recommended. The flavors of everything are favorable and fresh, and the Vietnamese coffee is off the wall. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and attentive, providing great customer service. The owner, Tammy Nguyen, is warm and welcoming, telling her amazing story of perfecting her recipes for over 9 years. The surroundings are comfortable, with a lovely outdoor patio featuring umbrellas and colorful lanterns, and the inside is clean and modern. It is dog friendly, with staff even serving water to dogs. There is also music bingo and Kareoke on Friday nights from 6pm-9pm. This hidden gem is great for a lovely meal with family, date night, and highly recommended.
