Staff is not that nice. Been here a couple times and Jada, the younger employee was the only one who genuinely made me feel excited. Other staff has been rather horrible, doesn't really know their own menu, rude, and overall has just not been a great experience. Drinks are mediocre, wouldn't say anything spectacular, but not bad. Drinks are well-priced for their size, which I definitely like. Haven't tried any of the food yet... It was quite empty on a Sunday afternoon. Not necessarily clean nor messy, it was just a neutral ambiance.
My biggest complaint would just be the staff... wish the curly haired boy was still working. Him and "Jada" are probably the most (and only) competent employees at this shop.
EDIT: No gloves are used. Seems VERY unsanitary, especially where the baristas are. Absolutely disgusting atmosphere and doesn't seem trustworthy.

I've been a regular customer for years, and it's safe to say that this bubble tea shop has gotten worse and worse.
Drinks are okay... food isn't bad (I definitely recommend the popcorn chicken). However, my experience with the employees that work here have been on a HUGE decline.
One cashier by the name of "Jada" and the other curly haired boy (who I believe is no longer with them) are the only two employees who I've had a genuine good experience with. They are very polite and actually have a genuine conversational tone. The other employees I've experienced are quite rude, and get annoyed for so apparent reason. They are very very difficult to communicate with. I wish I could tip the two employees mentioned above only... I generally do not have a good experience with the employees...
Sometimes clean, sometimes not--it really depends on when you go. Post-school rush is definitely gonna be loud and noisy, but other times, not too bad...

Our daughter enjoys coming here after school and with Amador nearby, this place happens to stay busy.
They do not follow Food Handlers safety guidelines. They do not use gloves. The older man from the prep area gargling very loud at the dining room while walking to the restroom, made us feel gag ??bathroom not very clean plus above comments, I am NOT returning to this location anymore! I love some of the drinks from i-Tea, unfortunately this location was less clean than my favorite Castro Valley location.

Seems very similar to other iTea locations in menu, so they all have a wide menu of fresh brewed tea and good boba. Customization of sweetness and ice levels is available too. Plenty of inside seating. Not too busy early on a Sat afternoon. High quality and fast as expected!
The store is shown as open in Google map but the door is actually closed. Opening hours are not posted on the front of the store. I see a group of kids also waiting outside the door. Even though the staff saw folks waiting outside the store, they do not respond to any knocking or phone call. What a service attitude.
