It’s not often that my taste buds go in high alert… Wow!!! They meet all of the criteria I look for as a foodie. Minimally processed, quality ingredients, not too overpowered with sugars (although they had the options available), vegan and allergen free options… they make the icecream-ish stuff right in front of you! They pour the liquid ingredients on a circular frozen workspace and with spatulas they mix the flavors in. (I chose fresh avocado with cream.) Then they spread the mixture on flat and scrape it up into rolls. I added dark chocolate bits, almond slivers, Nutella drizzle, toasted marshmallow, and banana. Yummy!! Fulfilling! Could up their game with better customer service and spend more time on making the atmosphere a place you want to dine in… however the rest of downtown Pleasanton makes up for it.

The food in this place was amazing, but quite slow. That is perfectly fine because you get to see how the guy makes the rolled up ice cream. The reason I gave the service a 4 and not a 5 is because when the guy put on his gloves he did touch other things like his hair or smartphone. They have music playing a large variety and the ice cream is 10/10 I would recommend that you come here if you are not in a rush!

I've always loved this place for its unique flavors and quality. However, my visit on Friday 2/16 around 7:20 PM was concerning. While placing my order via the self-service tablet, I noticed the staff member responsible for making the ice cream was coughing significantly. Although initially overlooked, the continuous coughing raised health and hygiene concerns for me. Fortunately, a payment issue with my credit card prompted me to leave without completing my order. This feedback comes from a place of care for Icicles, hoping to highlight the importance of maintaining health standards for the safety of both staff and customers. I look forward to returning once these concerns are addressed.

Love the cereal killer, I always get fruity pebble but I asked to mix in Cinnamon Toast Crunch!!! The cashier was very nice as well, you can pick up to 5 toppings for free! Clean environment and fast service!:) will be coming again!

I Got Some Chocolate And A Little Bit Of Strawberry In My Cereal Killer. The Worker Was Rude When We Asked For The Restroom Key, After Several Attempt's He Finally Responded "it's unlocked". Not To Mention They Seemed Irritated While My 4 Year Old Was Trying To Choose A Flavor And Kept Walking Away.
