A new wonderful go-to ice cream place in Pleasanton! The owners and his staffs are very friendly although sometimes it takes a little bit effort to communicate with the staff members who mostly speak Spanish. This does not prevent them from providing great service-- They are patient, pleasant and generous with samplings. All the ice cream flavors I have tried taste awesome, I love the tropical fruit flavors the most --- mango cream, passion fruit, coconut. The ice cream costs $4 per scoop and the portion is decent. Strongly recommend.

Visited with my family and it was a delightful experience! The ambiance, accompanied by lovely Latin music, created a warm atmosphere. The ice cream transported me back to my visits in Mexico with its authentic, creamy, and delicious flavors. The friendly staff, always smiling, and the polite owner added to the positive experience. We savored the fresas and crema, along with pistacho--absolutely delightful. Looking forward to returning soon!

Love this new place! We've tried their sorbet, ice cream, fruit popsicles/bars, and nachos, and all were very good! Love the variety and flavors. This has becomes our new family favorite dessert and snack place.

I came here because there was a similar Mexican ice cream shop in Stockton that was soooooo good! I was excited to come here and have a scoop of guyabano ice cream. Sadly, it was not the same. This one was watery and lacke flavor. Staff was friendly. The place was clean. Music was loud. I couldn't hear the conversation I was having with my friend. I might come back and try the savory snacks and tamales.
