Unbelievable experience! Simran at the front was especially rude. I ordered orange chicken and she said I have to wait for a new batch and gave the exact same amount of orange chicken I ordered to the guy behind me. And the cook in the kitchen was the least bit interested had to wait almost 20 minutes for the orange chicken to arrive! Worse service out of any Panda Express I have been to! My advice go to another panda location.

Be prepared for your order to be stopped in the middle of an online order as it comes in. They stopped my order and gave the last of what I was going to order, to the online person. Finish the order you are taking and then complete the online order. Unacceptable. they need to figure out their priorities, the people who have been standing in line with people behind for almost 10 to 15 minutes VS the online order which the food will still get cold anyways during transport.
Realistically should focus on the people in person and in line.

I usually don’t write review, but this store made me write this. One fine Friday evening (7/18) I went to this Santa Rita Panda Express with my kid and ordered one Large Kung-pao-chicken and chow-mein. They packed the chow-mein and asked me to wait for kung-pa-chicken. The service person told the chef immediately about refilling the Kung-pa-chicken. Mean time I paid the bill. I was waiting almost 25 minutes , but the chef was keep refilling other items , even those item was already there to serve. I asked the cashier to cancel it and expressed my disappointment. She said it’s getting ready and please be wait, I don’t have any concern with cashier. I waited and again the chef was making something else. Finally I end up my patience and told even you don’t cancel , I don’t want the food. I gave the receipt and walked way without food and my money back.
I really don’t recommend this store , service was very poor, especially the chef attitude is very bad.

I've been to Panda Express from Martinez to Livermore.

This is by far the friendliest, and serves you the most. The customer service is the best and I am willing to drive here for the ppl!!!
The staff make the place not food.

Great parking for trucks, easy access to the freeway, near Walmart, etc.

There's nothing wrong and I've been here 5 times.

Really bad service. Came in after a shopping trip because the one in the mall was closed. I ordered my food and was waiting to receive it. The person in front of me was taking a while. When it was my turn to be rung up, without the courtesy of acknowledging me, a woman walked in and was warmly greeted and asked if she had a pick- up order. In the midst of getting ready to say something, I saw the person serving food wipe her nose and go right back to service. No hand washing, no gloves, just germs. I left. There were easily 6 people working. I called to speak to a manager and the phone just rung, no answer, no voicemail. No thank you. 👎🏾

Why advertise closing at 10pm if you're all cleaned up and done by 930pm???. 2nd time this happens here and no food is left nor do they offer to make more

There was a huge bottleneck in the kitchen. Waited over 20 minutes for a bowl of chow mein. The cashier was nice, but the rest of the service and wait was horrible!
