We love eating chow mein, vegetable spring roll, eggplant Tofu here. Good food overall although only few good veggie options.

My wife ordered the food for pickup at 5:30pm, paid online. Traffic from work wasn’t bad, got there at 5:10pm. They couldn’t find the order. I said it was scheduled for 5:30, and I was early. Manager eventually came over, said I was at the wrong Panda. Finally he looked up the order number, and gave me a bunch of attitude. “Your order says 5:30. You have to call us and let us know if you change the time.” I said I’m here now, I’m letting you know, the time is now, 5:15. He told me he cannot change the order, it is for 5:30. I said, you want me to wait here until 5:30, and then you’ll make the food? Finally he agreed to fill the order. I have never been treated so rudely. He has real anger issues, and very poor service skills. Of course the receipt didn’t have a code to give feedback. I’ll use other Panda Express going forward. Not worth the headache.

Today, the employee Emilia, being December 26, treated us with a terrible attitude and accused us of not paying for 2 drinks. Ahun, when we showed her the receipt, she left yelling at us. That next time we would pay, the manager in charge apologized for the events, sinenvargo, the food made us bitter, love and my children.

I own a nonprofit, “Hopeful Horizons Foundation” and I recently did a fundraiser with this Panda Express location. People who went to the fundraiser including myself informed me that the employees did not know anything about our fundraiser and refused to apply the fundraiser code to their orders. This caused our nonprofit to not receive any of the funds that we earned from this event. The manager never got back to us and when checking on the website, they removed our fundraiser and so we could not even check the status of our funds. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location and their miscommunication.
Bad service!!! Very pricey for the quantity.

The food at Panda Express is typically great, but my experience at this location was disappointing. The dishes were not served hot and felt a bit cold. The Kung Pao chicken did not meet my expectations in terms of taste.

So not only have prices gone up now panda only fills your $3.30 lemonade to the first line WOW talk about cheating the customers. Had I not be traveling through town and needed to eat I would have just asked for my money back. SMDH Let me get out of California and back to my state.

Taking orders inside the store ahead of the line is better than talking with the server while selecting your food...this is to avoid saliva going to the food trays while ordering and speaking to the food server.
