I recently had an interview with Kaiya Anh for the Remote customer service position. I appreciate the opportunity to interview for this role, but I wanted to provide feedback on my experience.
Unfortunately, I found the interviewer to be quite disengaged throughout the conversation. There was a lack of interest in my responses, and at one point, the call was abruptly disconnected without any explanation or follow-up. This left me with an unfavorable impression of the process.
While I understand that technical issues can occur, the overall tone and demeanor of the interview did not reflect the professionalism I expected from Pleasanton Catering company. I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration to improve future candidates’ experiences.

Great timeliness! Food was delivered as arranged time. The scrambled eggs came hot and perfect temperature by the time we served the food. We really liked the Bagel/Lox presentation and there were plenty for everyone! Bagels were on the dry side however, but we all enjoyed regardless.

Delivered exactly at the time requested. Very professional delivery person. Food was great, all utensils were there, everythng ordered showed up! Very impressed. The salads advertised they were for 30 persons, but believe me, they could have fed 60. It bit too much food! Would definitely use Pleasanton Catering Company again and highly recommend them!

Everyone enjoyed the Frittata and potatoes, lots of compliments. (I became a little worried that the potatoes were not GF and didn't eat too much of them myself.)The trays contained a VERY generous portion of 30 servings and we probably could have gotten one tray of each for 40 people. The rain kept a few attendees away.The sterno seemed to keep the food a bit too hot and we had to use foil to cut the heat in half. I wish that the lids to the sterno containers were left at the site.Thank you for helping us with our event.
