I am giving this place 1 star for service. I I have probably dined here 5 times and I am never coming back.

I don’t care what the Michelin “guide” rating says - but the attitude of the server is the reason you are getting this.

1) we had more than one server waiting our table. So when we told the first server (female) who took our order we are only here for appetizers, later the male server comes and asks again if we are ready to order mains.

2) you never just put the Cheque on the table without asking. As soon as I said no this is all we are having this server (who asked if we are having anything else) already had our printed bill and put it on the table saying “alright whenever you’re ready”. Loose the attitude dude. It wasn’t even that busy so you can’t be having a busy or bad day. And that’s why you earned the lowest tip (15%) although my guest thought you should get none - $0.

It’s a pity how untrained, rude servers can ruin the reputation of a place but there it is. My advice to your management is train your staff on guest experience.

Happy Hour osyters were disappointing. No flesh at all, just scraps of skin. Thought its just a bad batch, ordered another half a dozen. Equally bad. *see closeup photo. Main course for dinner is awesonely delicious though. Just skip happy hour

Decent atmosphere, nice staff, okay food. It took 10 minutes waiting at the host stand and 40+ minutes to get a drink because they staff two people to cover the entire restaurant - bartender also had to buss tables and take food orders and there is one server to take orders, buss tables AND be a host. I would HATE to work here, and I will never come back here as a customer considering this was a $300+ meal. Management, get a grip and do right by your staff and customers!

The food at Sabio on Main was very good — flavorful and nicely presented. However, it took a long time for our food to be served after we placed the order. We didn’t have to wait for a table, but the only seating option was at the bar. Overall, we enjoyed the meal, but service was quite slow. I recommend making a reservation ahead of time for a better dining experienc

My wife and I stopped in many moons ago simply for some appetizers and drinks. She ordered a glass of wine, and me, not being a wine drinker myself, ordered an IPA. The appetizers WERE delicious…..which is the reason for 2 stars….and the glass of wine was a decent pour and tasted good. BUT, my beer was ANYTHING but cold, or cool……or barely above room temperature!!!
Now, not overly one to raise a fuss, I discretely called the server over and asked if I might be able to get another glass of beer that might be colder. Well, he proceeded to, in a VERY condescending manner, let me “know” that “that’s as cold as the beer gets here, and no, another glass won’t be any colder”….! To say the least, we have never and will never spend another penny here, thank you very much! BEER MUST BE ICE COLD!!!

I was excited to try Sabio for the first time. Sadly it’ll also be my last. We attended for a friend’s birthday dinner and were disappointed from the moment we sat down. To start, when one member of our group attempted to order a cocktail she was told by our server “we only serve craft cocktails here”. She immediately felt embarrassed. I absolutely feel a restaurant should never make anyone feel embarrassed for asking for what they want. We proceeded to order appetizers to share and our server pushed more appetizers on us than we needed. The idea was to try a little of everything, our server pushed multiple of the same item on us stating “I know our portions and you will need at least 2 of that item”. We felt pressured to order more than necessary and of course, didn’t finish all of the appetizers. When it came time to order our main dishes we were almost full from the appetizers so we decided to again share and split, wanting the opportunity to try more items on the menu. Again our server continued to push more food at us saying “4 dishes for 5 people won’t be enough”. Of course, it was plenty. We ended up with 2 boxes of leftovers. Between appetizers and main course, our plates were not cleared, I had to stack empties (and yes I waited quite a while before stacking). Our menus were collected after we ordered appetizers and we had to ask for menus to be able to order dinner. It was a hot day and we drank a lot of water - multiple times we had to ask for more water. The appetizers were very good (the deviled eggs, burrata salad) but the main courses were not as impressive as I would have liked. The shrimp risotto was runny. The Brentwood corn pasta needed more corn (in my opinion). I was also disappointed that our flat iron steak came out 15 minutes after the rest of our entrees. I honestly felt our server was trying to pad his tip rather than providing us with a great experience. I left very disappointed.

I lived in the Deep South for a bit. The locals love salty food. Food where you can taste salt. Salt is suppose to enhance the food, not make it taste salty.

This is a southern restaurant. Then came the fried chicken. They should have toss the oil. Maybe this restaurant has an identity crisis. Lastly, the asparagus that came with the halibut was old and should have been tossed out.

Food and ambience were good but I find pricing a bit higher than it should be.
