Ordered on app for drive thru pick up there where about eight cars ahead of me and it took over a half hour to get to the speaker for someone to ask if had a mobile order. When I got my order the croissant I ordered warmed up was cold. I bead on my lunch hour and didn’t have time to wait. I also looked inside and saw an employee standing around doing nothing while the place was super busy.. I hope Starbucks improves their customer service.

Friednly, attentive and efficient baristas. After I placed my order, I headed over to the restroom, and vaguely heard one screaming some numbers. When I got to the restroom, fair enough, it needs code to unlocked. Only then I realized the barista was screaming out the code to ME when he saw me walking over. 😆

When came out, my choco protein cold brew is ready cold and formmie🥰

The joint is descent, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The service was quick and good. Except for the girl with green braids; very unfriendly. I asked her about the mobile order section and she responded with a annoyed face “yeah”.

This is not Starbucks fault!
When I order arrived through doordash half of my drink was spilled from the driver I caught him on my ring door cam throwing the bag on the porch. It's safe to say just to order through the Starbucks app and pick it up or order in the store don't order through doordash because you're going to have to have a driver that does not handle your food and drink with care and courtesy....

Terrible service. I’ve been to Starbucks all over. Feel very unwelcomed at this location. Black female barista with red blush make up very rude multiple occasions for no reason. And wasn’t just to me but multiple people while I was there. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Disappointed by Store Policy and Supervisor’s Attitude

I’ve been a regular customer at this store since it’s conveniently located near my child’s school. Today, I experienced an upsetting situation when I was denied access to the restroom by the store’s supervisor.

I wasn’t feeling well due to stomach pain and didn’t order a coffee for myself. When I asked to use the restroom, I was told I needed to make a purchase first. I even offered to buy a sandwich later since I planned to stay until school pickup, but the supervisor firmly refused, insisting I had to buy something immediately.

What made the situation worse was the way she spoke to me—her tone and attitude felt dismissive and unkind, as if I didn’t belong there because I hadn’t made a purchase yet. It was disappointing and disheartening to be treated this way, especially as a loyal customer.

I hope the store reconsiders its approach to customer service and policies, as no one should feel unwelcome or embarrassed in a place they regularly support.

Also, remember to purchase something before using their bathroom.

Service can be better, poor management! staff doesn't respond well to customers! You have to wait to place an order. I was standing in the drive thru and no one was taking the order, no one was answering at all and I thought they weren't working. I had to park and go inside! It turns out the employees were very busy! and they simply IGNORED THE CUSTOMERS
