I ordered a regular black coffee at the counter and ended up waiting around 20 minutes before reminding the barista, who seemed to have overlooked my order. It wasn’t busy—just a few people in the store—so I’m not sure if my order got lost in the system or if they were prioritizing online orders. With no register anymore, it feels like Starbucks is pushing everyone to order online to cut costs, but that really detracts from the experience. Starbucks used to be about a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, but that seems to be fading. At this point, I’d rather not pay a premium for a coffee that feels more like a transaction than an experience. Selling SBUX for now at least.

We drove 20 miles to meet a friend. The doors were locked. We went to the drive through to see what the issue was. They very rudely told us they were too busy. There were four people inside. That was it. Don’t waste your time.
