Cute bakery shop but I just wish they would have a bit more vegan food options.

I have some sort of very fond nostalgia for this place due to the many times I've stopped here during the past 30 years on biking or beach trips to the area. It's a cool town and a great location. The bakery itself is okay. The pastries are fair, not great, like they used to be. Pizza is bad and not heated enough. Staff is not the friendliest, some give you the stink eye if you ask them to fill your water bottle. At least now, after years of resistance, they do have espresso drinks, which are okay. With so many bikers around, you would think the bakery or the town would make more of an effort to have nice outside seating and bike racks.
The bread shop behind them has pastries, I'll try them next time.

Wonderful bakery, lots of great selections savoury and sweet. Go for the Armando Bun.

The chocolate cake and raspberry tart was very good, but Chai Baba chai was not as expected as it too milky and could be considered a regular chai latte. Overall a decent bakery within the point Reyes town.

Fantastic fresh bake goods. Super friendly staff! Highly recommend.
Be warned. They will not sell you or serve hot drinks (coffee etc) after 3.20

I enjoyed my morning bun but I would’ve loved it heated. That would make it 5-stars for sure! No seating so we found a spot a couple blocks away to sit and relax. Good place to grab breakfast before a hike.

The morning buns are worth the hype if you’re in the area.
Baked goods are fantastic. Barely scratch the surface of 'good' on customer service. Don't ask questions about the scone du jour! Just get the baked goods and leave.

I just tried this place again after a decade and am pleased to say the scones are as good as ever. In fact, the blueberry scone is even bigger than I remember (banana for scale). Long live Bovine Bakery!

A group of us stopped by this this week. Prices are high and the baked goods, not nearly as good as they used to be. We tried about 4 different flavored cookies and they were all pretty bad, zero flavor. coffee was fine and service was ok, not overly friendly.
