A cornucopia of delicious specialty foods. Maggie and Luke are gods of fermentation. Also love the flower shop and the wool store that open into the same space.
Must try the delicious icecream ! One can feel the freshness of milk..

West Marin Culture Shop is a special place. The shop offers krauts, pickled Moroccan beets, cheese, and charcuterie. They have fabulous fermented fruit sodas and a great natural wine selection. The staff are sweet and helpful. The Wild West Ferments sauerkraut is a favorite among customers. The shop also has beautiful flowers and unique items like a shirt with oyster prints. They offer classes to learn how to make various ferments, including El Curtido. The portion sizes are generous, and the salads are beautiful and imaginative. The shop is great for hostess gifts and lunch treats, and it's worth every penny.
