This bakery has wonderful breads, sweet and savory scones, cakes, and cookies with dairy and gluten free options that are delicious in their own right. The fougasse was delightfully crusty, salty, and snackable. The almond cake with cranberry and chocolate was light, moist and delicious. The cream cheese frosting on the cinnamon roll is to die for - not too sweet and just tangy enough to balance the cinnamon sugar filling and fluffy roll. The espresso drinks are also excellent. If the quality of the food wasn't enough to recommend this bakery, I would come just for the gardens. There are several tables tucked into their kitchen gardens with secluded spots to watch birds, bees, and butterflies enjoying herbs, flowers, and fruit trees. I could happily spend all day here and stop by every time I am near Point Reyes.

Incredible offerings from baked goods, beverages, and gardens. The only challenge is the folks who stand in the door way that says keep closed, bring dogs and tie them up unattended to handle the chaos, and bicyclists who stand on their bikes in the walkway. Yes your order might take some time- anything good does.

What a great place. The staff were beyond nice, really good cappuccino and we tried scone, croissants and bread. All of them a home run! Plus they gave treats to our dogs who were more than thrilled.

I came here hoping for a proper barista-style coffee — especially because the photos showed a barista setup. Unfortunately, the person who made my coffee clearly wasn’t a trained barista: the coffee was just a regular brew and far too hot, which really affects the taste.
However, the scone was very tasty, which was a nice plus.

Incredible coffee and food, beautiful garden, and the nicest workers. One of the bakers was playing wonderful flute music in the garden- highly recommend for a charming Saturday!

This bakery is great, and I alway make a stop here when i'm passing through (honestly the last time i was passing through, the trip was mostly to have an excuse to pass through and get some bread). They make a wide variety of breads and other baked good. The last visit i was hoping for their baguette but they had sold out by 11, so i got a ciabatta instead (luckily, when i went to the market across the street, i found the baguette too!).
The ciabatta was amazing! so light and crust so well done. It definitely inspired me to go home and get back to trying to make the perfect ciabatta loaf again. Sadly my current place has no ac so summer baking is rough, ah well, more reason to pass through again

This is a MUST when in Point Reyes!!!! One of the best bakeries l've been too! It can get crowded, but the line moves fast. Everything is on point, from the coffee to the pastries to the bread, I can't say enough good things.

Service so friendly and welcoming, and they have daily specials of breads and scones etc. they have a nice hug garden out back to sit and enjoy your foods, but inside is just the counter where you order and you can see the kitchen as well which is cool.

You have to get the sesame cookies!!!!! Also the focaccia is incredible I'm so sad I only got one piece. The whipped cream in the coffee is so good as well. I've gone here multiple times and each time leaves me craving more!!!!!

If you go to Toby's fees barn, you'll also see some of this bakery items by the checkout area as well!

They make great bread here! My absolute favorite is the ficelle which is polenta Parmesan and pepper. Well balanced, not overpowering and delicious. You can find them at the Marin farmers market. If you don’t wanna go all the way out to point Arena.

We came here 3x during our 4 day mini vacay. Really loved everything we had (quiche, sweet and savory scones, olive oil cake, almond croissant 🥐-though I would have liked more almond paste but it was oh so flakey).
Service by very sweet smiling souls.
One kind woman took the time to explain how they make their own apricot seed extract and let us smell the amazing stuff!
The July garden was bountifully blooming and so gorgeous with birds and bees. Quiet and peaceful.
Will def return and highly recommend.

Pastries here are a cut above bovine bakery. We got the nectarine danish, almond croissant, and chocolate chip cookie. The danish and croissant were both perfectly flaky and crumbly, we sat outside in the beautiful garden surrounded by butterflies and bees.

Friendly place, the sandwich bread was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend picking up a loaf, some cheese from a local market, and taking a picnic hike to share!
