I came at 10:30 to get some food and Some guy with a pony tail and glasses told me the system was down and couldn’t take any orders so I said okay I’ll be back, after 2 hours I came back and the same guy answered with the nastiest attitude didn’t even let me say hello, said he was on his 15 min break then I told him alright I’ll wait , and he said you ca if you want too with an attitude like he didn’t wanna help, we waited for 15mins and nothing wouldn’t even answer us anymore , until there was 3 more cars behind us honking is when he answered and took our order, he was very rude and disrespectful and with just the nastiest attitude ever, If you don’t like your job or hate working there might as well don’t work there, cuz I will say this of all the times I’ve went no one has ever had an attitude like this man who worked in the drive thru 12/22/25 at overnight shift. Everyone else very friendly and respectful, I’d suggest if yall don’t want customers to leave or lose business, get rid of that man cuz the attitude with customers is not right. Food always on point and great!!

Show my review is based on the customer service of one employee Janet ... she's terrible at her job she should not be in any position where she has to provide service to anyone she made a mistake on my order and it made me pay for a drink cuz when you asked for a combo and a shake also she removes your drink makes you pay for a shake and then looks at you with a blank stare when you ask for your soda I didn't ask instead of a drink I'll take a shake with my combo I Asked for combo and a shake and so I paid for the drink ask for my receipt that she just crumpled up and just threw it at me I mean who does something like and on top of that she never wears her name tag because she comes in with the intent of giving bad service she'll lie to you and tell you that the pipes are broken and not let you use the restroom .... The other experiences that I had with other employees here are fantastic as an overall are good at what they do Janet is the one who makes this establishment as a whole negative I haven't read all the reviews I bet you 99% of the negative one's have to involve her if there is another Carl's Junior close literally Walk there to avoid her and the extra cost that it brings me financially and and spiritually she literally adds extra stress that brings a toll on me

The Dr Pepper was the best tasting Soda. I ordered a double cheese Burger. Looks like the cheese was cut through so thin as to look like two cheese slices. The meat was granularly, but tasty. Greasy. I’ll never come here again. My first time at this location. I’ve eaten in another location, there it was an awesome burger, what it was suppose to be. I’m disappointed! I was so hungry, I just ate it! 1:00 pm.
