Worst customer service here, wont let you order more than one order so dont bother coming in the drive through with friends. Also wont honor their app coupons. The manager told me see later with a smirk.

BEWARE !!!! So disappointed by the service I received today at Carl’s Jr. usually they never let me down and always do a good job with my orders today however disappointed beyond words. Placed an order through the drive-through and when I got home, I realized I was missing a burger. I went back for the remake and they insisted it was in the bag however, it wasn’t I wouldn’t drive back if I had the burger ! I had the burger remade, but whatever manager was there had thrown away the burger I had brought in to show that they only gave me that one when I told him I still needed the burger, he picked it up from wherever he threw it away and thought it was OK to hand it back to me. I had him remake that burger since I didn’t know where he had thrown it away and he still gave me attitude never coming back here again guess its time to just wait in line at In N Out . P.s. please train your staff to check the bags before handing them out !!!!
