I arrived just at closing and was hungry. Instead of shooing me away, they opened the door and let me order my food for take out. Thanks guys. Everything else was closed and I was really hungry. I would have gone through the night hungry if it wasn't for their compassion. Way to go guys. Thanks

We ordered the 8 piece chicken dinner. Quite disappointed. The chicken pieces were overcooked and a couple just burned. The beans sat in an excessive amount of liquid (not sure what it was). The gravy was totally fat. Lastly, the small containers filled supposedly with avocado was incorrect. They contained green salsa.Certainly, we were doing.

Night shift. Guy and girl Monday night around 9:30pm well for starters rude said ‘we don’t take food stamps’ and we said nothing about food stamps used money. And then had no manners & lastly I ordered churros it showed on my receipt yet they forgot my churros to give me my churros I paid for. Go to Laverne el pollo loco they’re way more mannered and on point. This people here work like they don’t care and hate their job…

We got the family feast meal. Beans were cold and had a bad taste. The dressing for my loco salad was not good ☹️ it was watery. I always get my food at other locations but I wanted to give it a try and I regret it!!

I placed an online order, and called to make sure my chicken would be juicy, the gentleman assured me it was going to be, well I arrive home and it's the worst chicken I've gotten in my life, I visit often and this is just appalling that they would sell that to a customer. Ridiculous and waste of $45!

Place was very uncomfortable crazy guy was jumping all over the restaurant thre was security guard with big guns walking around just watching the crazy guy it was very uncomfortable just sit and watch and eat ovsr cooked and dry chicken at that plase never againe at that place.

Came here couple days ago I just want to say Stay away from This pollo loco location the worst customer service I had with them ... cashier tall gentleman seem like he didn't want to help me out for nothing.... Next the Food was Garbage no taste at all the Soda machine were all out of service the Sprite drink tasted like it had no Gas ... Security was just staring at me all the time when I was eating as well .. Definitely not coming back to this pollo loco Nasty
