El Pollo Loco is a restaurant that provides friendly and compassionate service, demonstrated by their willingness to serve a hungry customer even after closing time. The drive-thru experience remains enjoyable, with cashiers positively impacting customers' days. The Pollo Bowl meal is still a popular choice, rated highly at 10/10. However, there have been some concerns about the order process, as customers now need to use a screen when they walk in, which some find frustrating. There have also been instances where the beans were cold and the salad dressing was watery, affecting the overall experience. Additionally, some customers feel that staff should be more knowledgeable about drink options, like unsweetened tea. Despite these issues, the quality food and welcoming staff continue to make El Pollo Loco a place that customers look forward to visiting again.
