Dull and un eventful experience, asked for unsweetened Tea and 2 Splenda and young kid worker is like we have salt and Sugar so u want that ? I'm like as a employee at A big Chain establishment, should know what to offer a customer when ordering IUnsweetened Tea .. or when asked for Yellow packets or Splenda.

After a long day of work I came to the drive thru around 5pm and it was empty, I gave pollo loco a shot and I came out laughing. The cashier made my day better, I didn’t see his name tag, can’t wait to go for another Pollo Bowl 5/5
