it was okay but i ordered a flying dutchman in my oder and they forgot it mind you my closest ininout is 16 minutes away (this location) and they forgot it . I was hungry so i went to see if they could make it and the lady was giving more attention than the manager . She wouldn’t believe me but her manager told her to let it go . but my flying dutchman had only 1 onion on one side none on the other side. And the onion wasn’t grilled when i asked for it to be grilled.. seriously? also 30 minutes to wait for a simple order

I've been going to this In-N-Out since I was a kid. I went recently as my Grandma wanted a burger. Food was hot and fresh, the only gripe is the driveway can get a bit busy so you get stuck in the street in line often.

they need to get orders faster, it causes a traffic jam and it is dangerous that they don't try to move the lines faster. waited 15 minutes plus on the street, only one car moved. extremely dangerous. the employees are trying their best and i can tell it is the most stressful part of their job , the ones who are out taking the orders, i feel bad for them. the inside of the restaurant need to be faster to help with the street situation

This is a small In-N-Out restaurant with 2 drive thrus. There were 5 cars waiting in line on each side. There was a person taking orders outside directly from each car . When I arrived at the window I saw like 7 employees working efficiently getting all the food ready. These persons were friendly and if one passed by the window they would greet you. Round of applause for this crew. If you go by Pomona ,on Indian Hills Blvd,off Interstate 10 stop by and enjoy your meal.
