I ordered 1 burger today and it took 26 minutes for them to hand me my order. The drive through was too busy, so I walked up. Worst mistake ever, I watched a dozen cars pull out and receive their order. My experience here is ALWAYS very similar. If you come for your lunch, don't, you won't have enough time to get your food and get back to work. This is the worst experience I have with in n out is this location.

This is tough, food is always good, it's In N Out and tastes like In N Out should. What's crazy is how chaotic this place is. Everyone running around like crazy but still not turning over tickets. That manager Steve looked like he was having a terrible time, shaking his in head and muttering to himself with a miserable grimace. I would chalk it up to a bad night but it's the 3rd consecutive late night trip thats been rough. It's almost never the same crew working late night either, they could just all be bad at night. The only constant is poor old Steve looking like he's ready to snap.

We just spent an hour at this location. First, there’s no outlet for the line once it gets to the street, so cars will cut the line waiting on the other side of the intersection. Then they didn’t take our order at all, took the orders to the cars around us. The right side is definitely faster for whatever reason. So then they take our order at the drive thru window and tell us to wait in the parking lot with our hazards on. We waited for over twenty minutes, this was after being in the drive thru line for forty minutes. I ended up having to get out of the car and ask someone where the heck our food was. So ridiculous.

Went to Indian Hill. Fries sucked; they ALWAYS suck; cold, too much salt; NASTY. Staff are excellent, but that 17 minute wait just to order and another 6 to get to the windows sucks.
Vegetarian options: Yes; stay away from the French Styrofoam!
Parking: Bad location. Traffic backs all the way back to the freeway. Just say no to the fries; they suck.

Why would place this place here?? Most all IN and Outs cause traffic jams but this one is top 3 in California that causes horrible traffic jams! Get it together in there already.

I don’t need to tell anyone how good in n out is. And like many of us, I’ve been to a dozen locations. This one, however, has the added bonus of a walk up window and a drive thru and some tables in back under an arbor and a fabulous retro vibe. Honestly, this might be my favorite branch if you’re in the area. There was also very little wait time!
Nothing too extraordinary the burgers are good, way better than most drive thru, the fries are always cold and stale unless you eat them the second you get them, the strawberry shake had zero flavor….It’s affordable and customer service is great!
