Pizza Hut in Pomona

“I made a mistake by calling this location instead of La Verne as planned. So, when I arranged for someone to pick up the order in La Verne the order was obviously not there but was at the Pomona location. It caused a major disruption of birthday plans. I worked with an employee by the name of Cindy in Pomona. She was great. She represented Pizza Hut in an outstanding manner! She was professional, courteous, and patient. I give 5 stars for her outstanding customer service. Thank you, Cindy!“

“Employees there were great and understanding for some issue that happened with our order. The service was not long and was really fast. The place looked nice and had a old TV but made the whole place look like a old pizzeria which was nice. Overall 9.5/10 Would recommend (Note: Some food items are always at standard but it rarely.)“

“Ordered the hand tossed garlic crust with Alfredo sauce ,extra cheese, red sweet onions, mushrooms and grilled chicken for $16.98Couldn't have asked for better quality as it was delicious and more economic then the California kitchen Pizza Restaurant . Customer service was superb as they were polite and took my Order as I requested. Service and product was delivered to my hands within 20 minutes.“
