I enjoyed the variety on the menu.

They were missing most of the items I wanted and gave me scraps, so I asked for a refund. They said no. Went home to eat it and the rice was undercooked.

Unfortunately this is just a college campus location , there is no other “real “ qdoba’s in the area left , you can’t use your rewards here so I ended up leaving . I wish they had more qdobas around especially that accept the rewards program

Every time I come to this lovely restaurant, I am treated with respect and I feel seen as a human. The food, the quality, the customer service, all things that you can’t get anywhere else except for Qdoba. The staff there are the sunshine to my days, even when it’s raining. Pony Express could learn a thing or two from this customer service exemplified at this #1 restaurant. Keep up the good work, team!

It is ridiculous that you guys open at 11 am when all the other locations open way earlier. I have my class at exactly 11 why couldn’t you open at 10 like a normal restaurant seriously

The rice bowl was really good they let you choose sauce. Be aware that sometimes the rice can be undercooked though

They give you huge portions of meat but it’s SO chewy EVERY time

QDOBA Mexican Eats is not the best place to go on campus. It is a knock-off version of Chipotle. The best thing there is the quesadilla with all the toppings: pico de gallo, guacamole, and steak. During COVID, it is only GrubHub and pick up. There is always a long line from 12-1:30pm.

Features: Since this is a college campus, it is required to wear a mask at all times. You are not required to wear a mask when eating.

During covid you are only able to order on the campus Grubhub. They charge a high service fee just to pick up the food when it’s the only option. They won’t let you walk up to get food. The Grubhub menu was missing items such as Spanish Rice and the portions were extremely small than it used to be before March 2020.

Well, the quality of the food has gone done. Some of it isn't cooked properly.

They ran out of chicken and tortillas - unacceptable from a Mexican themed place. Plus 1 star for friendly staff.
