I want to enjoy this place soooo bad but the drinks are always awful, save yourself disappointment and money and go to Starbucks on campus instead for drinks.

I got a large iced matcha latte. A young lady asked if I’m returning for a third one and gave me an amazing first impression of the place because of the professionalism and hospitality. Amazing place to get drinks and bagels

Their espresso machine was broken… I waited in line for 15 minutes before finding out. It’s not that hard to make a sign!! Such as waste of time, it also smelled very bad like rotting food. Very disappointing ?

A tall gentleman in glasses was making my order and I watched him put whole milk in to my chai and asked him if it was made with oat milk and he told me yes and then I watched him dump out the chai into the sink. I also paid to have Matcha in my cold foam as it says on the cup, but he made it without. I think he was talking and not paying attention and proceeded to laugh about it . I just took the drink how it was because it was already made, and I didn’t want it to go to waste .
