I visited Sonic recently and had a mixed experience. I was in stall #10, and unfortunately, the speaker wasn’t working well—I had to yell my order, and the employee still had trouble hearing me. It was frustrating, but it wasn't the employee’s fault, just an equipment issue.

I also noticed that the menu board shows a “mini shake” for $4.79, but when I ordered one, I was told they only have small shakes. Again, the staff was polite, but I think...

Average food. Poor service. They are always behind. Defeats the point of Mobile ordering when you still have to then wait 15 minutes to actually get your food.
