Many of the other reviews simply complain about how busy this location is. Since this is a college Starbucks, it's understandable that it takes time to get your order. However, that’s not the main point of my review. Personally, I enjoy this Starbucks. The staff are friendly, and the store is clean. I do wish the wallpaper on the walls would be repaired, as it is falling apart. Overall, I would rate this Starbucks an 8 out of 10.

Ran into what appeared to be a supervisor given a employee or trainee the fifth degree for not logging into the machine properly and then proceeded to mess up my name for my order. Had my waiting for hot coffee and laughed when I brought it up. The shift supervisor on Feb 10 at 5 pm she was at the end of her shift.
Very rude, to not just myself but the employee she seems to deem worthy of the verbal attacks. People make mismtakes.

I Enjoyed Going To This Starbucks While I Was A Student At Cal Poly Pomona. It Was Convenient And Useful For Me To Go To This Starbucks On Campus Right Before Or After Class. I Would Usually Get The Carmel Frappuccino From Here And Enjoy It Because This Is What I Get At A Normal Starbucks. I Would Recommend This Starbucks For Any CPP Student For Their Own Convenience. I've gone here a lot of times. 9/10 drinks that come out of here are either flat out wrong or taste nothing how they're supposed to. Im pretty sure the management tells them to cut costs by just not adding toppings or syrup. Come here if you want disappointment.

I came here a few times. Honestly it is what it is. This seems to be an official Starbucks store as they take stars and rewards and have a barista and store manager system. Have not seen any shift leads. The 5 times I’ve been here they got my drink wrong 100% of the time. Nothing complicated they always forget to put sweetener on iced coffee, although you asked for sweetener. Please try your drink before you leave. Also they tried to overcharge me. Store manager was not sure how to refund I let it go and said is fine 7$ dollars for one drink haha.
