I like the food here. But the older lady is always in a bad mood and it is unpleasant to deal with her. There's always a feeling of tension whenever I have to talk to her.

They need to fire the person who takes orders. She doesn’t seem fluent enough in English to understand what I’m saying half the time. Also their menu doesn’t include everything they offer. I wish it did. It doesn’t include tortas or the California Burrito yet they sell those items

They act like the customer is lucky to be served by them. Maybe even a little racist towards nonhispanic customers. They say simply fresh, yet all their meat is sitting in warmers on display. A little overpriced. There are way better options nearby.

I am not the one that likes to leave reviews. Taco gourmet has been one of my favorite spots to go since 2017 I have never had a problem with them.
Normally every one is super awesome and friendly but this past 3/4/25.
The lady that was serving the food had the worst customer service ever. Not only with me but with other customers as well.
My sister in law was still ordering and she cut her off and went to the next customer. When she return to take my sister in law order she had an attitude and was extremely rude.
Please change your attitude Señora.
The food is really good and the habanaro salsa is really spicy and delicious. But you can go down the line and build your burrito.
The best al-pastor beef taco !!! Yes, al-pastor beef... Every Tuesday , taco special $2.25 each ... Refried beens spot one , also , try the breakfast selections, to die for...Every Friday I go with torta , to die for...
First time here. The staff are really nice and the food was great. I had the asada fries. They were reasonably priced. The habanero sauce is bomb!
Food was lukewarm, almost cold. Cashier left in the middle of my order.
