Service was okay at best. Had a shitty fade on my head. I for a 1 and saw a lot of areas that were not blended properly. Pointed it out and the barber had the nerve to blame it on my head. Throughout the haircut, I kept pointing out differences between the two sides of my head, kept fucking it up even more. **Very poor experience** - wasn't greeted when I walked in (first flag) - took about 15 mins before I was acknowledged - at about the 30 min mark, barber I thought was Miguel, wasn't. Miguel had no showed me after 30 mins of waiting. Pricing is what I paid in South Orange County? Also charged extra for credit cards - would have been nice to know
Schedule same day appointment- they responded within half an hour to schedule later that day. Was recommended this place from my brother- and my barber (Will) actually remembered him, which is a good sign that the business cares about customer relationships. They also do a loyalty program for a free cut after a certain number of visits.
