Authentic and decadent sushi that comes with real Wasabi (not horseradish). Great jazz tunes while you eat. I ate at the bar and the sushi master chef waited until we had completed and savored our sushi. I recommend the red snapper.
First time back in 7 years for omakase and the fish quality and preparation are top notch. Every item was delicious and it's truly a culinary experience. I felt like there was too much wasabi this time, making it more of a struggle to actually enjoy each fish bite and its notes and subtle flavors. A very small typical Tokyo style sushi shop. Owned and run by Mama, she was super nice and helpful. Fish was fresh and delicious recommendations of what is in season. Tokyo style sushi which means fresh fish and rice, not deep fried rolls and spicy mayonnaise. Highly recommend for sushi lovers!
