The burgers I ordered were very salty and burnt. I usually order two mcdoubles with no onions and usually they get it right but this time it just had way too much onions. I also think the drive thru service should be a little bit faster but i get it with one lane. I hardly go inside and order but when I do the stores floors are always sticky. I think that the store can improve.
Mcdonalds in Porterville, CA maintains a constant disappointment. Although I agree that you get what you pay for, bad service, incorrect items, and bland food are among a few of the things this establishment is best known for. In the last few years I have received many incorrect orders which employees refuse to make correct, or attempt to convince their customer that they just ordered it wrong.
