Since I saw their adds on their new toasted sandwiches. I had to sample some. I ordered the caprice sandwich with a bowl of their broccoli cheese soup. The sandwich was great but I did complain about the bowl of soup was meager for the price. Service was good. I hate those buzzer things the give to pick up your order. I am not a huge fan of chocolate. Yeah I know I'm weird that way... So anyway when I started craving a chocolate croissant a couple weeks ago I thought I could just wait it out and it would be over but it persisted, so this morning I decided to drive through Panera, and order a chocolate croissant and an iced coffee. I got the duet lunch comes with a sandwich and small bowl soup. I got ham sandwich with chicken noodle soup. Soup is better than sandwich because it comes with no mayo or mustard or sauce of any kind but the tomatoes were the best I have eaten in a restaurant in years. The bread is too hard to enjoy but I would say worth the value.
