“This is the best little gem in Porterville and rivals and even beats many of the popular pho spots in San Francisco. The flavors and attentive service at Pho Le Vy blew us away. Highly recommend the fresh pork and shrimp spring rolls. The peanut sauce was out of this world flavorful and was the best peanut sauce I’ve ever had.

The oxtail pho was DIVINE! The meat fell off the bone, was extremely tender, and the bowl even included brisket, beef balls, and tendon. I was in heaven.

This is easily my new favorite restaurant in Porterville.“
