I have to share my disappointment with the dinner I got from you the other night. The food was simply not up to par, by a long shot. The chicken was undercooked and cold, making it inedible and unsafe. The pizza was premade and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while, even though it was baked when I ordered it. This place is hidden on the Chalet View grounds, so don't hesitate to ask for directions in the hotel lobby. Also, if you see a "closed for private party" sign and the parking lot is fairly empty, I'd still stop in and see if the brewery is open. When we were there they had that sign posted but the event wasn't for two more days. Also, when we visited they only had one Eureka Peak beer on tap and the rest were from other breweries.
