The service was horrible and it was just my mother and myself they got both of are orders wrong and the food was not worth the price

New owners this year from what I understand. I went today for the first time (Saturday) and it was pretty busy. Service was a little slow (could be because it's a small town) but the food was good and affordable. They're open till 2:00pm and closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Maybe some of the bad reviews were when the owners were getting it together. They were hustling today and all the food smelled good. There appears to be outdoor dining. I'll definitely be going back regularly.

Went with my grandma and was not impressed. Ordered the country skillet half size, toast was burnt, did not come with the gravy as indicated on menu and was dry. She ordered the biscuts and gravy half size and was cold gravy and dry biscuit.

Station Cafe never dissapoints. My favorite time to go is for breakfast. One of my favorite plates is the French toast special. Also the biscuits are amazing!!!

1000th review! =DDDD nonetheless, try the chile relleno omelette!!! YUM YUM!!! It is always my go-to here!All their dishes are very consistent, thankfully. And no matter what my family and I have tried, we have all loved every dish! You won't be disappointed!

Cute and clean. Excellent food. Seriously awesome waffles. Joanna was our waitress and she was very kind, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. We were visiting portola and were going hiking later that day, so we ordered sandwiches to go. She packed it all up very nice (even left the condiments on the side so it wouldnt get soggy). We came back for the waffles again the next day. Also, one of the girls who was bussing tables (I didn't catch her name-- blonde hair/ponytail) was super sweet too and refilled my tea. I recommend getting the homefries extra crispy!Just a lovely experience overall. Can't wait to come back the next time we are on town!!
