Great salsa too
Nice restaurant
I don't make it to Portola often but when I do, I usually make a stop at Rico's!
We went as a family at the end of April and we were all so very pleased at the change.
The service was wonderful!
The food was everything we wanted (even for my extremely picky eater) we all ate every bite!
The new look of the place totally surprised us all, it's absolutely beautiful!
If you haven't made it in to get some yummy food yet, you should!
