The people are nice, the ice cream is always good. The only problem is that they have had a broken speaker in the dining area for over a year, and it just plays pieces of songs and then crackel sounds and for some reason it is incredibly annoying. I thought they would have fixed it by now for the employees sake. We just take our ice cream outside.

Baskin-Robbins is a timeless ice cream shop. This location is nice because of the parking and outdoor seating. Every BR is about the same, and what sets them apart is the service. I don’t remember the guy’s name who helped me and my kids, but he was really nice and personable. People like him represent any store very well.

Ordered a ice cream birthday cake. My son went and picked it up at 10:00am. He proceeded to drive back home approx 15-20 mins away with his A/C on in the car. Needless to say the cake melted during the making process not the pick up and drive home process(as manager implied) . I could tell because I opened the box and touched the still hard and frozen ice cream. I also noticed one of the cookies was not in the proper place and side were smashed in. Called the store and spoke to a worker and she said she was sorry and would contact her manager. Manager called about ten minutes later and I explained what happened. Manager said that worker said cake was fine and nothing wrong when it was picked up. Not the case but explained again and manager understood. Said she would make it right by sending some freebie coupons to my address. Couple things to note, First-cake is not made in the store, it is made by an independent person( yeah really). Second-if you're a person in charge"manager" you should inspect all orders before customer picks them up. Third- when you say you will make it right with freebies dont lie and not follow through with your promise. Thats just bad business and wrong. Its been almost three weeks.
