Chipotle never disappoints

This place was extremely busy when I got home and ate half my burrito there was a HAIR in my burrito that was wrapped in lettuce. I go back to get a refund and of course they can't refund in store only online. They were extremely RUDE when I went back to tell them there hair was in my burrito and that I would like a refund as if it happens often. Avoid this place like the plague!

FOOD POISONING!! My boyfriend went there yesterday and got food poisoning. We think it’s the chicken. I always thought their chicken was bad too. Don’t go there unless you want food poisoning because I don’t think they make sure that their chicken isn’t expired or bad.

The food was horrible. We came 1.5 hours before closing and asked for fresh meat. They said it’s all they had. The carne asada looked like beef jerky. Chips were stall and our food was cold to the point we had to return it. The whole experience was disgusting.

Hi,
I arrived at 9:00 PM and was ignored for several minutes while the employees were cleaning right in front of me. I was told that the grill was already closed down for the night. This location doesn’t close until 10:00. Is the grill supposed to close an hour before the store?

I have worked in restaurants for thirty years and it didn’t matter if a customer came in one minute before close and everything was clean, we still had to make whatever they wanted. Is this not the same with Chipotle?

This is one of the worst Chipotle locations I've been to. Every time I come in there are new people working there; obviously a lot of turnover. Everyone behind the counter looks at each other like they dont know what they're doing, but not a single one of them really knows. They have gotten my order wrong multiple times and simple meals (literally a quesadilla) get made wrong and need to be remade. Never worth the money, any other location is better.

It’s been a minute since I have frequented this chipotle. Trash cans over flowing, no tables cleaned, missing meats from the menu and rushed service. There was literally no one there and the place looked horrible. Young lady starting our plates was more interested in finishing her discussion about finding a new gym in the area than focusing on the customer. Very disappointing.

Went for lunch today and probably one of the worst food I have eaten at chipotle. The staff was inattentive. Made the worst tacos I have ever eaten. The tortilla was slimy and broke apart. He gave small portion, didn't really care about his job and wrapped the tacos like burrito so they stuck to each other and tore apart. It was so soggy and slimy.

I’ve come to this chipotle a few times before and had an okay experience. today for some reason was rlly bad. I set a mobile order to be picked up to date at 1pm and i got there and went to the front and waited patiently for the person who was working the register to help me, when he did help me he looked visibly upset, he looked at the bag that was on the counter and he then very rudely slid it toward me without saying a word. he didn’t really have to, his attitude spoke volumes, i really hope that all of the workers here don’t have as bad of attitudes as he did. on top of that, and i swear im not exaggerating, my bowl had about 5 pieces of steak and the salsa container was less than half full. extremely disappointed. i especially for almost $30

I was really disappointed with this Chipotle location. As someone who eats Chipotle 1–2 times a week and just signed up for rewards after my brother recommended it, I expected better. My family in both Southern and Northern California often defaults to Chipotle when no one can decide on food it’s usually a reliable, quick, and filling option.

Unfortunately, this location didn’t meet that standard. I asked for a quesarito and got a burrito that was noticeably smaller than any I’ve had at other Chipotles. Chipotle is known for their generous portions, especially with burritos and bowls, but this one really missed the mark.

Out of two bowls and one burrito, none of the orders came out fully right. Maybe I caught a new employee or an understaffed moment there were only two people working (a young woman and a man at the register)but it lacked the usual care I’ve come to expect.

The Chipotle I go to regularly in Arizona has a full team with a manager present, and the difference in quality and service is clear. Not the worst experience, but definitely a letdown from a brand I usually rely on.
