I’ve come to this chipotle a few times before and had an okay experience. today for some reason was rlly bad. I set a mobile order to be picked up to date at 1pm and i got there and went to the front and waited patiently for the person who was working the register to help me, when he did help me he looked visibly upset, he looked at the bag that was on the counter and he then very rudely slid it toward me without saying a word. he didn’t really have to, his attitude spoke volumes, i really hope that all of the workers here don’t have as bad of attitudes as he did. on top of that, and i swear im not exaggerating, my bowl had about 5 pieces of steak and the salsa container was less than half full. extremely disappointed. i especially for almost $30

I was really disappointed with this Chipotle location. As someone who eats Chipotle 1–2 times a week and just signed up for rewards after my brother recommended it, I expected better. My family in both Southern and Northern California often defaults to Chipotle when no one can decide on food it’s usually a reliable, quick, and filling option.

Unfortunately, this location didn’t meet that standard. I asked for a quesarito and got a burrito that was noticeably smaller than any I’ve had at other Chipotles. Chipotle is known for their generous portions, especially with burritos and bowls, but this one really missed the mark.

Out of two bowls and one burrito, none of the orders came out fully right. Maybe I caught a new employee or an understaffed moment there were only two people working (a young woman and a man at the register)but it lacked the usual care I’ve come to expect.

The Chipotle I go to regularly in Arizona has a full team with a manager present, and the difference in quality and service is clear. Not the worst experience, but definitely a letdown from a brand I usually rely on.

The customer service is so terrible. I asked for a rice bowl with brown rice . He said “is that it , you just want rice” like what ? Smart comment made me leave the store.

I frequent the Mira Mesa location. Poway Chipotle does not compare. The chips are tasteless, not even salty. I ordered a whole bag and left it after 3 chips. The quesadilla was ok but had way too much cheese oozing and stuck to the foil. Even the aqua frescas weren't worth the money, just no flavor calling me to drink more.
I love the Mira Mesa chips so much more.
I stopped in at Poway Chipotle on Cinco de Mayo because on the app and by text, I read you could get free chips and queso with a regular purchase. Not available at this location, only online. My text and my app did not say that.
I will not come back to this location again. Not customer friendly, they're just there for a paycheck.

Walked in was greeted by the guy. I got my burrito made, guacamole was added as usual. No line at the time. I go to the register and the guy proceeds to ask me did I get guacamole. What world is he in. I knew where this was going. When he was the one who made it. No customer service skills. I asked for some limes typical thing to have at a store that sells burritos he goes to say no, charges me the guacamole he forgot to add. I ask again can you check if you have limes please. They say no. They were just too lazy to go to the back and get some limes for a frequent customer. All tacos shops in California give limes. No wonder why chipotle is falling off.

3 for 3 visits all bad. First one ruined my kids clothes. Bowls were not sealed leaked through the bag ruined my son’s brand new sweatshirt with grease stains then when he proceeded to get out of the car with the bag, the whole bottom of the bag fell out, and all the food ended up all over the sidewalk. Chipotle refused to reimburse us for the cost of the sweatshirt, but they comped our meal which only have 30 days to use didn’t use it in time so we lost the certificates. I called them. They were able to put them back on my account service is good….. next order was not ready on time Time around 20 minutes late and it was placed well before the store opened. The. my kids get their meals a different time. Awful kids meal barley and food in the slots about half full the cilantro in the rice is brow . And the chip bag; the chips are stale and the bag has a hole in it, so when I took it out of the bag, salt chip crumbs all over my counter all over my floor all over everything. My son ordered an My son ordered a meal. This bag had food and rice stuck to the bottom so again my seats in my car destroyed with food from chipotle from putting the food inside and dirty bag. Awful and cold every time. and to top it off My son had a piece of plastic in his burrito. guac had lettuce and huge pieces of purple onion in it. the only
plus the honey chicken tasted good. Just no.

We ordered 4 meals online, walked in with no one around, 8 other walk ins came in and got their orders made. Our orders were then brought out. Checked the bag, and was missing a meal. Asked them about it and they made it. Brought it out and not one word.

I ordered a bowl with double meat, but there was barely even a regular portion—mostly rice, hardly any protein. I also asked not to include fajita veggies, and they added them anyway. It felt like they just ignored the order details. Disappointing experience

Always expect online orders to take 5-10 mins longer than whatever estimated time they give you. They seem perpetually understaffed.

Started my order and I asked for steak. Response was "we only have what we have." Why not start with what you are out of before starting? That's also not how you talk to a customer
