This place is fantastic! I had the 'build your own' bowl and it was pretty much the best bowl I have ever eaten. It smelled amazing and tasted the same. The balsamic red peppers were particularly great. Service was excellent and everyone seemed super helpful. I have food allergies and they were happy to let me know exactly what each item had in it. Tried the Harvest bowl, Umami bowl and tomato bisque. All of it was delicious! Very high quality, organic, and the dressing was delicious as well. A great healthy option when in the area! High recommend. My favorite is the harvest bowl.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegan and vegetarian options!

The harvest bowl was amazing. Fresh ingredients with a variety of flavors and textures. I highly recommend trying this winner! Thank you for providing a healthy option to the poway area, we certainly need it
