Gourmet Central Bake House is a lovely, cute bakery with a friendly atmosphere and excellent service. The staff are very sweet, kind, and provide a friendly vibe. The place itself is beautifully designed, and the glass display case packed with pastries is a feast for the eyes. All the pastries are huge, made with high quality ingredients, and are a true treat. They are made fresh daily in a modern French style and offer a huge variety of yummy surprises.
Specific highlights include amazing croissants, especially the circular pistachio cream croissant, which is creamy, nutty, and sweet. The croissant roulette, chocolate croissant, pain au chocolate, and Almond croissant are all excellent and delicious, with fantastic fillings and divine chocolate quality. The coffees are also amazing. It is recommended to arrive early as pastries often run out by 10:30am. This bakery creates a special moment and is an impressive stop for a delicious treat.
