very good breakfast
It’s a hidden gem of a diner in Quartz Hill right smack in the middle of downtown Quartz Hill. Good coffee, excellent omelettes, nice fruit bowl, the staff is friendly and diligent.
Just came in with my boyfriend! The chicken fried steak is the best around. So tender and flavorful. Gravy has great spices. Missed it!! Good portions. Clean restaurant.

Easy Egg Cafe is a hidden gem in downtown Quartz Hill with a good old-fashioned diner vibe. While the acoustics can be a bit loud in the main room, the back room offers a quiet atmosphere. This cafe is known for its amazing easy egg combo and eggs Benedict, and the chicken fried steak is considered the best. The BBQ chicken salad with chipotle ranch sauce is delightful, and the freshly brewed coffee is always available. The staff is warm and attentive, making it a perfect spot for brunch in the AV. Many visitors enjoy the delicious breakfast specials, like the fresh blueberry and ricotta cheese pancakes with lemon zest. The cafe is also kid-friendly, with a great kids menu, and it can accommodate larger parties, ensuring a welcoming experience for all. Their breakfast burritos are seriously some of the best, huge, flavorful, and super satisfying. Mickey Mouse pancakes with chocolate chips are fluffy, perfectly golden, and just make happy. The vibe is super laid-back, the staff is friendly, and the food comes out fast. The QH breakfast sandwich and SW Benedict flavors were great.
