Easy Egg Cafe is a hidden gem in downtown Quartz Hill with a good old-fashioned diner vibe. While the acoustics can be a bit loud in the main room, the back room offers a quiet atmosphere. The easy egg combo and eggs Benedict are amazing, the chicken fried steak is the best, and the bbq chicken salad with chipotle ranch sauce is delightful. The staff is warm, attentive, and the perfect spot for brunch in the AV.
