Stopped here while visiting family in Ramona. A party of 2 and we shared the Fresh in house roasted turkey sandwich on rye and a side of fries. It was excellent. For dessert we shared a slice of the apple blueberry pie. It was a gigantic slice, and it was also excellent. Fresh and homemade tasting. Our waitress was very nice. Do yourself a favor and eat here if you're in Ramona.

Service was terrible. Sat for 10 minutes before waitress ever came over to see what I wanted, and the one gentleman had to tell her I was there. Finished eating, and it took her 15 minutes to give me a bill. All this time, she was either talking to the 3 other people in the restaurant or was in the back talking to the cooks. Never did ask if I needed any more to drink. I'll come back when someone else is waiting on customers.

Love kountry kitchen! The eggs benedict are amazing and I always get a slice of pie to take home! Because they have the best pie! Everything here is good and is fresh! If you are thinking about comming , just do it! You won't regret it !!!

Firstly, let me say I'm a loyal faithful customer and I love this establishment! I've been going here for ages and both my sons are now adult customers that love it as well. I adore their attention to detail with the holiday spirited use of mugs, which are on the table by the way (which is awesome), LOVE having a basket of multiple choice creamers for their delicious coffee and seating is always a breeze. I will note that, on a recent trip, I got the turkey club and the turkey was the kind of chunky off the bone type of turkey you'd see at Thanksgiving. Since this was a club sandwich, I was expecting a turkey sandwich type cut of meat; deli style. It was disappointing, however, I just took the turkey off, had a vegetarian style club and took the turkey meat home. I reheated it and served it with my own mashed potatoes and gravy. Lastly, their country gravy was unfortunately grey and dark - a sign the flour was cooked too dark before adding milk. Country gravy is meant to be white in color. Otherwise, I've always enjoyed their food.Parking: In addition to free street parking, there are plenty of parking spots in the back behind this establishment.
Breakfast was amazing. All the meat was grilled to perfection! Potatoes were delish as well. We will be back! The hostess seemed annoyed we requested a booth as opposed to a table-but the rest of the staff was friendly and very cheerful.

I ordered two large biscuits and gravy which is supposed to come with three biscuits each. Unbelievable that they thought this was acceptable. I think there is one biscuit there for each order, amongst the crumbs. If you make that mistake once okay, but you did that for both orders. Too far to go back and complain. Always check your food before you leave when you order takeout!!!

Having a Denver omelet and cream of mushroom soup. Omelet was cooked well.Delicious. My friend is having a turkey Philly with a hearty side salad. Servers are very courteous and accommodating. Arived at 1215pm. It was busy. It emptied out quickly as the breakfast crowd left. My only complaint was that the table was a mess. Someone had placed a used coffee cup on the table for reuse. Made for an awkward time. Wait staff had to hustle and clean table top, while we were seated there.
