They have such a cozy atmosphere and warm vibe. Staff are friendly . Huge sized portions of dish and affordable. Best part, they only use fresh ingredients. We had their famous Cheeseburger and Caprese sandwich/ tomato bisque combo. The burger is juicy and the patty is made as how you would like them to be. ( ex,medium, medium well etc)

The food was amazing and the people were even better. After a long day on the road, it was just what we needed. Made us feel like we were at home and that is a great feeling. Thank you all!

So delicious! Pleasantly surprised at the quality. Server made perfect modifications to accommodate a gluten free request. Fine dining in a Ramona appropriate setting. I will be back for lunch again soon.

Was told this place was normally packed but I guess we got lucky. The food was American but made uniquely. I got the butternut squash pasta which was delectable and tried some of my buddy’s fried chicken that had a very subtle uniqueness that added to an already good piece of fried chicken. Waitress was nice and busboy was helpful.

While the food was delicious, the service here was lacking. We had to wait over 4” min for seating after being told it’d be sooner, waited another 30 min to get our orders taken. The food came out at a reasonable time however when we asked for the check our card was out of our possession for over 10 minutes. Overall the time spent there was two hours. We will unfortunately not be returning.

The fried chicken is out of control. We went for breakfast on our first trip a couple years ago. My husband got chicken and biscuits. I think, I was sooo jealous of his food. The fried chicken is potentially the best I've ever had. You can get it on a sandwich too! I recently got a buffalo fried chicken sandwich, and my brother tried the bbq fried chicken. The chicken was so big it made the bun look tiny. I would love to try something else, my son said the burger was amazing, but i can't bring myself to order anything but the fried chicken. The servers are always sweet and the place is super cute, rustic, and quaint. I would recommend, and we will definitely be going back.

WOW, this place. Let's start there. This place is amazing. The food is so so delicious. I can't believe I have never been to this gem. They have homeade Biscuits and homeade butter as a breakfast appetizer. Everything we tasted and ate was perfect. I would recommend this place to everyone. Also, their presentation on food, I think, is great and just gives it another step up. My only negative is that they do not have a lot of gluten-free options. But I would still go back. The chiliquiles were so yummy and spicy. The carnitas on them were delicious and tender. My husband got biscuits and gravy, and my friends got the fried chicken and biscuits. Overall portions are ginormous and everyone was so happy. Also, they offer a mimosa flight and a beer flight.

I’ve been dining here a few times over the last couple years and it’s a small establishment that fills up wall to wall front to back with full rear patio seating as well, because the food is AMAZING. Always definitely worth the wait, and by the way, be patient people, it’s not a fastfood type with a drive thru. Pork chile-verde Chilaquiles definitely my favorite. The biscuits, with the butter flight, ARE BETTER THAN YOUR MAMA’s. Not to mention strong coffee and my only suggestion is for 2 people getting coffee, the tin creamer cup is one to one, not one for two cups of coffee, it’s teeny lol Thanks so much, especially to the server named Paul. I hope you have many more successful years in the future.

Sometimes when they are busy it can feel hectic but the servers kick butt and stay on top it. Another one of my favorite food spots with food that tastes homemade and fresh each time. Always a go to.
